Delivery Rules
At Kinenza, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently across Bangladesh. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the following delivery terms and conditions.
Coverage and Estimated Timelines
Inside Dhaka: Deliveries are typically completed within 2 to 3 business days.
Outside Dhaka: For district towns and remote areas, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
Please note: Delivery timelines exclude Fridays and public holidays. Delays may occur during peak sale seasons, extreme weather conditions, or unexpected political unrest.
Shipping Costs
Standard Delivery (Inside Dhaka): 60 BDT.
Nationwide Delivery (Outside Dhaka): 150 BDT.
Oversized Items: For products that are exceptionally heavy or large, additional shipping fees may apply. These charges will be calculated and communicated before the order is finalized.
Order Verification and Security
Contact Availability: Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you via the mobile number provided. Please ensure your phone is reachable. After three unsuccessful attempts to reach you, the order will be automatically canceled and returned to our hub.
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a precise delivery address. Kinenza is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact information.
Product Inspection (Mandatory)
On-the-Spot Check: We strongly advise customers to inspect the external packaging before accepting the delivery. If the package appears tampered with or severely damaged, please refuse the delivery immediately.
Unboxing Video: For your protection, we recommend recording a continuous video while unboxing your package. This serves as vital evidence if a product is found to be missing, damaged, or incorrect inside an intact box.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
While we offer Cash on Delivery for most items, certain high-value products or customized orders may require a partial or full advance payment. Our customer support team will contact you if such a requirement applies to your order.
Ownership and Risk
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Kinenza pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. However, we remain your primary point of contact until the item is successfully in your hands.
