The product does not match the description or image provided on our website.
Parts of the product are missing from the package.
Return Process

Pickup/Drop-off: Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup (available in selected areas) or provide instructions on how to send the product back to our hub via a verified courier.
Quality Check: Upon receiving the item, we will perform a quality check. This usually takes 2–3 business days.
Refunds and Replacements
Replacements: If you prefer a replacement and the stock is available, we will ship the new item at no additional cost.
Refunds: If a replacement is not possible or desired, we will process a refund.
Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Card, or Bank Transfer).
Timeline: Once the quality check is successful, the refund is typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel, perishable goods, or items on "Final Clearance," cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.
